Baghouse System

This baghouse system is the most sophisticated in the world. It was designed, fabricated, installed and is currently maintained by BCE. The baghouse is fully automated and requires no input from the control room. All aspects of the collection process are automated from the vibrator initiation to the opening of the intake valves for product removal from the hoppers. The unit is wired to BCE's proprietary and patented HMI system which also records emissions. For the record, the air discharging from the stack at 500F is cleaner than the air in the operating room that you were born in!
